Dear AASA 2020 participants,
Due to the impacts of COVID-19 on our communities, we have decided to cancel the online version of the conference originally scheduled for April 3-5, 2020, and postpone the entire conference until sometime in the 2020-2021 academic year when we can reconvene. See our statement on COVID-19 here. As soon as it becomes possible to think about dates, we will be in touch. Because we still plan to hold the conference, at this time we are not considering refunds except on a case-by-case basis.
Please join us for an AASA 2020 check-in Zoom meeting on Saturday, April 4 from 3p-5p PST (6p-8p EST). AASA 2020 participants can check their email for the link. We will check-in with one another, connect, and also brainstorm ways to support others.
Also mark your calendars for Saturday, April 11 at 7p PST/ 10p EST: DJ Mansaf Mama will livestream the set that was originally planned for the Saturday evening dinner and DJ event at AASA 2020. Details about how to livestream to follow!
