Details about the conference and requirements for paper proposal submissions are provided through the link below. The conference is co-hosted by Dr. Akram Khater (NC State-Khayrallah Center) and Dr. Gary Nabhan (University of Arizona-Center for Regional Food Studies). Paper proposals are due Friday, November 3, 2017.
