IREX is seeking a qualified candidates for the position of Senior Program Officer to provide strategic and administrative support to the management of a project supporting leaders in communities across the Middle East and North Africa in implementing community and entrepreneurial projects and developing professional and leadership skills. The Senior Program Officer oversees planning and day-to-day operations, provides financial oversight, supervises staff, supports technical aspects of programming, supports the professional development of staff, and contributes to new business development. This position requires strong professional Arabic and English language skills.
